Wall Street Analysts Have Struggled for Decades to Acquire and Analyze Their Data

I started DoTadda to fix this problem because I’ve experienced it first hand as an analyst for 30 years. 

I got my big break on Wall Street as a Junior analyst at a prominent firm in the Midwest back in 1995.

The job was amazing. I worked hard and I learned a lot.  

But there was a lot of clunk in the workflow that added a lot of drudgery throughout the day.  

Linked Excel files would break. VBA code would crash. The =FDS codes would return #VALUE! Outlook “search” wouldn’t work. The file server search would take forever and not retrieve the files I wanted.

The list of “clunky” processes went on and on. In 30 years these processes have not been fixed.

Until now.

DoTadda is the first application, I’ve seen that makes data easy to save and easily accessible.

I’ve been pitched tools for 29 years. Each data tool for analysts and portfolio managers has been more or less the same. DoTadda is different because I took a clean sheet of paper and built it from scratch.
